India Roadshow: PrüfExpress in exchange with industry, mobility, and inspection service providers

From August 3 to 17, 2026, Sebastian Graubner traveled to India on behalf of Graubner Industrie-Beratung. The trip included stops in Mumbai, Pune, Aurangabad, and Bangalore and served to introduce PrüfExpress - the software for digital work equipment inspections, deepen existing contacts, and explore new market potential.
A total of approximately 17 meetings and presentations were held with companies and organizations from various sectors. The focus was on digital inspection, maintenance, and documentation processes.
Concrete points of contact emerged in the following areas:
- Energy and industrial infrastructure: A potential PrüfExpress project for the management and inspection of a large number of work equipment and assets at an internationally active company is currently being finalized.
- Technical inspection and certification services: In discussions with the Indian TÜV, the focus was on digital processes and future AI-supported functions for creating and editing technical inspection reports, particularly for applications in the oil and gas sector.
- Electromobility: PrüfExpress met with great interest at one of the most significant electric vehicle manufacturers. Potential use is now being reviewed internally by IT and Finance.
- Charging infrastructure for e-mobility: There are also concrete starting points for innovative fast-charging technologies for electric buses. Further discussions with those responsible for maintenance and technical processes are planned.
- Stock exchange and financial market infrastructure: At a traditional stock exchange institution in Mumbai, the focus was on the end-to-end digital processing of inspection processes, including the integration of external service providers. The topic was well received and will be followed up internally.
- Research and technical infrastructure: At a renowned scientific institution in Bangalore, there was clear potential for the digitalization of previously paper-based inspection and documentation processes. Further discussions at an organizational and strategic level are to follow.
An important structural component for further market expansion is the cooperation with Mr. Parikshit Thakare from Ada Lovelace Technologies LLP EMG. The corporate group, with around 5,000 employees, is already actively supporting the initiation of contacts and scheduling of appointments with potential customers. This creates a local sales channel for the further development of the Indian market. The basis for the cooperation is a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) previously signed in Karlsruhe.
The roadshow has initiated concrete follow-up discussions and at the same time provided important insights into the requirements of Indian companies and organizations regarding digital inspection and asset management processes.
For PrüfExpress, India is therefore a market that we would like to develop further step by step and in the long term together with local partners.
