Safety officers, inspectors, and facility managers spend hours every day on documentation that should actually run automatically: tracking inspection dates in the calendar, typing up reports, and gathering evidence for the next audit. If a deadline falls through the cracks, it is not just annoying - it is a compliance and liability risk under the Industrial Safety Regulation.
Paper and Excel do not solve this problem. They do not provide deadline reminders, they are difficult to audit in the event of damage, and they do not scale across multiple locations. So we built a cloud-based platform that allows inspections to be carried out mobile, legally compliant, and without media discontinuity - from the first scan of the equipment to the finished inspection report.

PrüfExpress digitizes the entire inspection chain for equipment: inventory, deadline management, mobile inspection via NFC/RFID/QR/barcode - even offline - and automatically generated, legally compliant inspection reports. The web platform and native apps for iOS and Android access the same database, so inspectors in the field and managers in the office always see the same status.

The platform is not a drawing-board product, but was developed within the industry itself: in 2006, Graubner Industrie-Beratung originally developed PrüfExpress as an internal solution for an automotive group to digitize its equipment inspection.
What began as an internal tool for a single major customer is now a platform with nearly two decades of practical experience in one of the most demanding sectors for occupational safety - and has long since scaled beyond the automotive sector, from small craft businesses to industrial corporations.
WHERE WE ARE HEADED
Compliance software that inspectors in the field actually want to use
Our focus is on the German-speaking region - Germany, Austria, Switzerland - where the Industrial Safety Regulation and comparable regulations clearly govern the inspection obligation. From there, we are expanding the platform to other markets with similar compliance requirements.
Our benchmark always remains the same: Would an inspector in the field want to use this, or is it just another feature on a long list? If the answer is not "yes", we keep building.
